Terms & Conditions

2 x 8-hour sessions must be booked back to back within studio operating hours and availability
Session 1 is dedicated to recording and session 2 is dedicated to mixing & mastering
Operating hours are between 10 am - 6 pm Sunday-Thursday, 10 am - 8 pm Friday & Saturday
Backing up your files to an external hard drive is available on request. Capel Sound Studios is not responsible for the long-term archiving of your project files
If you wish to provide your mixed files to a mastering engineer, this must be advised prior to your sessions
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking $450 (plus GST) with the remaining amount of $450 (plus GST) due on completion of mastering
Additional time will begin after 16 hours are completed and charged at a rate of $60 (plus GST) per hour

If equipment is damaged while hiring the studio, replacement or repair costs will become your responsibility. Equipment is regularly checked and maintained
